Samy, I wasn't sure if yo...</title><content type='html'>Whats up CFNH people.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Samy, I wasn&amp;#39;t sure if you&amp;#39;d be interested, but OPT is doing an online competition on November 14th.  Wes and myself currently follow his programming.  Good stuff to say the least.  I know you guys are only open for a few hours on Saturday&amp;#39;s but I thought some of your athletes might be interested in giving it a shot.
