On-Ramp Course

We recommend that individuals who are new to CrossFit training or haven't been training CrossFit recently begin with our on-ramp course.

The On-Ramp course runs two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays at 4:15pm) for three weeks and involves intensive instruction on foundational movements and principles integral to CrossFit.

This introductory program is designed to familiarize you with the CrossFit exercises/movements that appear in the daily workout.  We provide an additional emphasis on establishing a strong base for general physical preparedness.

On-Ramp classes are capped at 10 students, which provides a comfortable, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Training sessions involve short lectures, movement instruction, practice, and practical application emphasized in a WOD (workout of the day).

All of CrossFit New Hampshire's classes are conducted in a group setting. This helps promotes the camaraderie and community aspects of CrossFit training that we love to share.

Those with significant scheduling constraints are welcome to inquire as to potential one on one availability.
