Warm up as necessary before completing 2 reps at the top of every minute for 8:00 with your olympic lift of choice.

I. Clean (Power or Squat)
II. Snatch (Power or Squat)

Complete for time
Run 400m
7-5-3 reps of
-Push Jerk (Bodyweight)
-Muscle Ups
-Thrusters (Bodyweight)
Run 200m

    “Little Lynn” – 20:something – DNC. tried muscle up variation- was not super successful.
