14 x DB Walking O.H. Lunges (50/35lbs)

  1. Samy…..should be “Vim”
    (accusative of “Vis” which means Strength, Energy, Force, Power)
    usually coupled with “Vigor” as in “….I’m full of vim and vigor”….as indeed I am.

    …..and I attacked this with a lot of vim!
