Warm-up Drills

5 x Power Snatch
5 x Snatch
5 x Overhead Squat
III. Mobility

Impact/Focus: Snatch Complex
Warm-up as needed (3 sets x 3 reps) before working to establish a heavy single effort for the following snatch complex.
