Warm up as needed (3 sets x 3 reps each) before working up to a challenging triple for Power Clean.

Notes: Athletes should attempt to complete 3 x Touch N’ Go repetitions for today’s training.

  1. “Power Clean 3s”: 135 x 2….bad form on 3rd caused failure !
    “Sling It” : 13:41 Left shoulder necessitated a downgrade to 30#.

  2. Power Cleans: 155# x3, 165# x2 (3rd one was of course a full clean, however this weight felt better for 2 than it did the last time we did doubles)
