*Scaled pistols. Last couple of rounds were to a stack of 4 45# plates
49:37 with 1 abmat hspus and blue MU transitions. I was CRUISING until the 12 handstand pushups. Good lord.

4:09 slower than last year, but managed to increase weights and do less scaling on other things. Also PR’d my KB swing weight ???
