Impact/Focus: Push Press
Warm-up as needed before completing the following 6 Rounds of Push Press on the :90. The first three Rounds are at 3 x Push Press, climbing weight as able to set-up an ideal progression towards a single rep record. The final three rounds of :90 intervals will climb weight across 2 x Push Press per lift.

    Really shakey when I was at 85lbs and started stepping forward to hold balance. I think a major key that could help would be Turkish get ups. Did a 2 rep 5 sets at 30 lbs after the workout for more focused balance work. As for the work out most of my time wasted was on my kipping pull ups. I’ll get that again with time and consistency.
