Impact/Focus: Snatch/Power Snatch Triples
Warm-up Sets/Reps x 5 Minutes (building to working weight)

Every 2:00 x 7 Rounds complete the following
3 x Snatch


  • Select a working weight for today between 60 to 70% of a 1RM.
  • All sets and reps are intended to be performed at this load.
  • Power or Full Snatch are both options for today’s training; choose wisely…

10-8-6-4-2 x Snatch (pick load)
10-10-10-10-10 x Lateral Burpees Over Slamball
12-12-12-12-12 x Slamball


  • Each Round concludes with;
    2 Laps x 50ft Bear Crawl + 50ft Reverse Bear Crawl (ie.100ft total Bear Crawl + 100ft total Reverse Bear Crawl)
  • Those Opting to Push/Pull Portage their Slamball for the trip only need perform 1 Lap per round.

    12:10 + 35lbs

    Felt 35 was too light for the impact/focus but increasing this weight did not hinder performance. The workout was 👏🏻 !! Yessss burpeeesssss
