Notes:
Lower back pain goes away after adding weight to the bar. Air Squats are slow. Didnt meet work out goal for 20 min. Started to black out so there were rest times at rep 7 and rep 4. Over heating too quickly; either left over covid symptom or more low cortisol symptoms. Working on labs and tests currently. Still was a fun workout 🙂
