Impact/Focus: Front Squat
Warm-up Sets/Reps x 5:00 building to a starting weight. Climb weight across sets as able, dropping weight back down for the second wave as needed. Light to moderate weight day, remedial mobility emphasis on Front Rack and priming for Full Cleans later this week.
