This competition will be a scaled team event and scaled only. Those that are up and coming or new to CrossFit, time to partner up and push one another. This is NOT a competition for those that regularly participate in RX competitions with higher skill sets.

National Teen Throwdown League Virtual Competition

Our teen fire breather Mikey will be taking on the National Teen Throwdown League Virtual Competition; CrossFit New Hampshire looks forward to supporting his training and competition efforts!

There will be WODs released at 1 per week for 8 weeks. The event will be completed at CrossFit New Hampshire with video and scores submitted online per competition criteria. If all goes well there are subsequent “Playoff” weeks with a narrowed field of competitors. Virtual WOD to End Veteran Suicide: August 22, 2016

CrossFit New Hampshire will be participating in this virtual event at 12:20pm on Monday, August 22, 2016.

The WOD will consist of 22 movements at 22 repetitions each, to be completed for time. CrossFit New Hampshire will announce the WOD just prior to the event’s commencement. At minute 22 there will be a 2:00 moment of silence held to show respect and diligence to the greater cause for which we will be communally suffering.

Memorial Day "Murph": May 30, 2016

MurphyJoin us to honor the memories of our fallen comrades by enduring the workout named in honor of Navy Seal Medal of Honor recipient 1st Lt. Michael Murphy

CFNH Will be running heats at 10am and 11am, bring the lumber, freaks.

100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Halloween Bash
