CrossFit Kids is a great way to get kids active and thinking about living a healthy lifestyle. Our coaches are trained specifically in teaching CrossFit foundations to kids and will provide a safe and fun environment that allows kids of any ability or experience level to learn and be successful. This program will focus on quality movement, having fun, and teamwork. Workouts will be primarily compromised of games that include running and bodyweight exercises. Kids will build confidence in their physical abilities and strength.
CrossFit Kids classes will be conducted during the 4 pm so that a parent is able to attend a CrossFit class simultaneously. Children seeing their parent attend a workout class while they are "playing" in the same building will encourage good fitness habits.
