Our Fit4Life Bootcamp is geared towards all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. Our program combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training in a positive and energizing environment. We include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
Each class will be an hour long and will consist of a dynamic warm up, mobility, exercise instruction and core work following the end of the day’s workout. Much like our CrossFit classes, we will be using dumbbells, body weight movements, medicine balls, plyometrics, rowing and much more.
