Warm-up as needed before completing the following every :90 seconds for a total of eight rounds.
Every :90 for 8 Rounds: 3 x Power Snatch
Notes: Today’s repetitions will be touch and go. Athletes should plan to increase weight every 2 sets for 4 total weight increases.
